Human beings have evolved to live and work cooperatively and interdependently within the context of community. If people feel isolated, they will be in a state of stress. In a state of stress people are limited in their capacity to respond creatively. They are primed to react automatically and defensively instead. Stephen porges explains the harmful impact on people when the environment does not support their body’s hard-wired evolutionary needs in his polyvagal theory.
Stress closes people down and is the leading cause of dis-ease. The humanistic context of a teal-type organisation leads to the people in them feeling a significant part of the organisation . When people feel respected and recognised they can feel safe and be fully themselves. This supportive environment brings out the best in people, and as happy authentic people are far more creative and productive, the organisation as a whole flourishes. It becomes a life-enhancing positive feedback loop for all concerned.
Team and Group Depth Leadership Coaching is a reliable and effective medium by which to transform your existing organisation. As with individual Depth Leadership Coaching each person is empowered to achieve their own personal goal for participating as well as taking a leap forward to becoming Self-led. Once leaders are Self-led they will naturally create the environment that nurtures others and they, in turn, will do the same. So instead of people being cogs in a machine they are able to bring their whole self to work.

Ruth Cloherty
Ruth has an eclectic practice as a Self-led depth leadership coach which is informed by both Science and Philosophy. Transactional Analysis and Psychosynthesis are key modalities applied in her particular coaching approach. Ruth draws on Psychology, Neuroscience other systemic modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory and much more.
Ruth has been attending to her own inner-work for over 14 years and for the last 5 years has guided and empowered her clients to achieve their desired goal/s and to become Self-led. Ruth has a rich store of knowledge and skills and is adept at working with people to enable them to become the true leaders that they are.
Ruth is an inspiring presenter and has the ability to enable her audience to absorb the new information with their whole being. Being process-led she takes the group on a journey so that by the end of the group seminar/workshop each group member has achieved their own determination for participating. Ruth is a registered member of the BACP coaching division.
Kelly Houston
As a Psychotherapist, Psychosynthesis Coach and group facilitator she uses a systemic, psychospiritual approach that supports individuals and organisations in affirming the nature of their experience within a developmental perspective.
Kelly has had the privilege of training in Psychosynthesis with Tom Yeomans, a student of Roberto Assiagioli - the founder of Psychosynthesis. Assagioli recognised the importance of the Self and the Will in determining the choices we make and the process of becoming fully aware and whole. Additionally, Kelly's training and work alongside Jack Canfield, author of The Success Principles, informs her uplifting approach. Using Canfield's success principles she assists clients in realising their unique purpose, vision and values, and how this relates to their leadership and transformation, both as an individual and in their wider areas of influence.
Kelly Kelly holds a MSc in Family Therapy, Diploma in Social Work, and is a certified Coach & NLP practitioner.
